Please remember to bring your insurance identification card to your appointment. Renal Care will bill primary and supplemental insurance companies. Co-payment is requested at the time of your appointment.
If you do not have insurance, payment in full is requested on the day of your appointment. We accept Visa. A minimum of $100 deposit is required with a prior arrangement for billing.
Finance charges accrue at 9% annually on all patient balances unpaid after 60 days of the first billing.
