• When calling our office, the receptionist will ask you the nature of the call. This will ensure your questions/requests are directed to the right person. We have specialists in Referrals, Medical Records, and Billing, as well as our Clinical staff.
  
  
• If you have forms for your doctor to fill out, please let the receptionist know to ensure proper handling.
  
  
• Please obtain all necessary referrals prior to a scheduled appointment. If a referral cannot be obtained, insurance coverage may be denied in which case the patient will be expected to pay for the services. Appointments may be scheduled during our routine office hours.
  
  
• Calling ahead to make an appointment for a blood pressure check or a nurse visit will ensure we can set aside time to take care of your needs.
